Today the NCLTC site was updated with Wordpress 2.5.1, the latest version of WP. Everything seems to be working, several of the plugins were updated as well.

The joint NCLUG/NCLTC Christmas tree is on display at Tinsel Town at Koka Booth Amphitheatre in Cary. The tree is near the walkway down to the ice rink, next to the Wake Med tree. The tree looks really nice and is getting a lot of attention from Tinsel Town visitors.

For the first year in about 5 years, NCLTC will not have a train layout on display during the Holiday Season. We had contacted a couple local malls to see if they were interested in hosting our layout but none responded. NCLTC will join forces with NCLUG to decorate a tree at Tinsel Town.
